Settlement bonus – terms and conditions
- A $1,000 settlement bonus is payable on eligible home, investment and refinance loans where the application is started through this website on or before 30 November 2026 and the loan subsequently settles.
- Minimum eligible loan amount is $400,000. One bonus per settled loan, paid to the primary borrower's nominated account within 30 days of settlement.
- The offer is limited to the first 20 eligible loans to settle. Once the cap is reached the offer closes and this page will be updated.
- Not available on personal, car or business loans, construction loans, or loans with a lender that pays no broker commission.
- If the loan is refinanced, discharged or substantially reduced within 24 months of settlement, Start Finance may request repayment of the bonus.
- Start Finance may vary or withdraw this offer at any time; applications already lodged will be honoured. The bonus is paid by Start Finance and is independent of any lender cashback.
